I have spent my career working at the point where business strategy meets operational reality.
That has included running technology across 27 countries for CBRE, transforming managed services at Colt, leading banking infrastructure at Barclays Capital, delivering major integration at Lloyds Banking Group and supporting global trading environments at Credit Suisse.
Since 2019 I have operated independently through Evangelize Consulting, developing EPF from methods repeatedly used in practice.
The job is not to create more transformation activity. It is to make better enterprise decisions and ensure those decisions can actually be executed.

I established Evangelize Consulting in 2019 to provide an independent platform for transformation work. EPF connects strategy, finance, technology, operations, risk and transformation decisions through shared evidence and definitions of value.
The objective is not more governance. It is better enterprise decisions followed by controlled execution.
